Previously on DeviantArt Journal Updates: I had big plans. Then Corona hit! That pretty much pushed all of my plans out the damn window, save for one thing: Building the new site.
My how time flies! Even though 2016 was five years ago, it still feels like yesterday I was celebrating my 10th Anniversary, creating the Chibi Parade of all the OCs I’ve drawn throughout the years. And now it’s already 2021, my 15th Anniversary of doing artwork online.
Back at it with another Skullgirls gal, this time it’s Parasoul. Commission comes courtesy of my regular bud, DagobahResident. In coming up with this pic, I came up with the idea of making this a sort of companion piece with Eliza.

The last of the concept sketch re-dos. I have an interesting history with the old concept sketch I did of this one back then. Around that time (still 2018) I finally got myself some Micron pens and started using them for inking.
I have something of a history with drawing one-half of this duo, Yuzuruha. This wouldn’t be the first time I would draw her. Some time ago I did in fact draw her and she was posted online. However the circumstances around its posting left me unsatisfied.
Shirley was a little difficult to nail down design-wise, even back then. Hailing from the original Pilotwings on the SNES, we see her mostly in portrait form in course 2 and 6.
The next several concept sketches going up on the BFA have all been redone from concept sketches dating back to 2018. I basically wanted to bring them all up to par with my currently level, as well as finish some that remained incomplete all this time.
Rosalina here is part of a short wave on concept sketches that I’m going back and revising to current standards. I drew the original concept sketch in the sketchbook back in 2018.
I’ll be honest, I’m not too certain how I first became aware of this game. I have a feeling that it was either a twitter post about Sengoku Blade, or it’s announcement of the Psikyo Shooting Stars Bravo on the Switch.
Several years back, I was made aware of WURM: Journey to the Center of the Earth during one of my nightly Rabbit Hole romps into the NES library of games and music.
